Do you fancy taking centre stage with X Factor’s Ben Mills?

Open auditions take place this weekend for upcoming celebrity panto Aladdin at Margate’s Winter Gardens.

Ben, from Whitstable, who reached the final three of the TV talent show in 2006, plays the lead role.

Also already added to the cast is fellow Whitstable resident Mark Arden, of ITV comedy Teenage Kicks.

The auditions take place on Saturday between 2pm and 4pm at Canterbury College and on Sunday, between 10am and midday at The Chaucer Club in Military Road, Canterbury.

The show runs from January 16 to 25.
