An historic Canterbury hotel and pub has been put up for sale with a price tag of nearly £3million.
The Falstaff in St Dunstan’s, which dates back to the 15th century, has 46 ensuite rooms, a 35 seat restaurant, lounge/meeting room and parking for 35 cars.
The property is being marketed by Savills who say it turned over more than £866,000 last year. It is currently being run under a management contract agreement but is offered as vacant possession.
Savills also says it retains many of its original period features and believes there is scope to “significantly increase levels of food and beverage sales.”
