A major road has been shut due to a crash which has prompted a strong emergency services response.
Police, fire and ambulance services have been scrambled to the A2 Boughton Bypass near Harbledown in Canterbury.
Police have confirmed the accident happened on the coastbound carriageway, with emergency services currently working at the scene.
The road has been shut as a result and it is not known when it might reopen. Drivers are being warned to expect delays.
Two fire engines were sent to the road just after 12:15pm and crews helped the occupants to safety before leaving at approximately 12:45pm.
The ambulance service has also been contacted for comment.
