POLICE are investigating an incident along the river River Stour, close to the Wincheap area of Canterbury, where a man indecently exposed himself.

A 45-year-old woman was walking her dog along the riverbank at around 9am on Saturday, July 8, when she saw a man lying on the ground performing the indecent act.

The man is described as white, very slim and aged between 20 and 25. He is about 5ft 10in tall and had curly blond hair. He was wearing blue trousers, a blue polo shirt and a blue tracksuit top with a stripe down the arm.
