Justin Luchford is on the hunt for experienced additions to help his side emerge from their current slump.
The Whitstable manager saw his side lose 5-0 at Walton & Hersham last weekend and they remain uncomfortably close to the Ryman League, Division 1 South drop zone.
Luchford (pictured) hopes to have a few new faces in the side this weekend, ahead of Saturday’s home game with Hythe but whoever he selects, he’s demanding improvements from all quarters.
He said: "What we need to do is shut up moaning and get on with things. I’m tired of excuses.
"We’re a Ryman League club and a good Ryman League club. We need to get people right on the pitch and start producing results."
An extensive injury list has left Luchford looking at the transfer market for new additions.
He added: "I could do with some experienced players coming in and we are speaking with a couple. Hopefully something will come off.
"It is difficult, though, especially with the position we are in."
