Kent singers Charlie George and Parisa Tarjomani - in Only The Young - have survived to sing another week in X Factor - but only just.
They ended up in the sing-off of the ITV hit show, but the judges decided to get rid of Mel B's act Jake Quickenden.
It comes after all our hopefuls belted out songs from their favourite films in this weekend's live shows.
Only The Young got mixed reactions from the judges for their version of Boom Clap - the first single to be taken from the soundtrack from The Fault in Our Stars.
Mentor Louis Walsh said the group, featuring Charlie George, 17, from Chartham and Parisia Tarhomani, 20, from Margate, "looked amazing" and thought the song worked.
But Simon Cowell said the lead vocals on the verse were "mainly out of tune."
Despite a week of showbiz speculation, boyband Stereo Kicks remained an eight-piece for their performance of Let It Be during Movie Week.
There had been rumours 14-year-old Charlie Jones from Wilmington could be axed and was notably missing from a photo of the group taken earlier in the week.
However, the Wilmington Grammar School for Boys pupil joined the rest of the lads on stage this evening.
Their version of The Beatles classic got a standing ovation from three of the four judges and was described by Simon as the "turning point" for the band.
Charlie is joined in Stereo Kicks by Barclay Beales, Chris Leonard, Casey Johnson, Jake Sims, James Graham, Tom Mann, and Reece Bibby.
Only The Young features Betsy-Blue English, 18, from Brighton, and Mikey Bromley, 19, who comes from Carlisle, as well as Charlie and Parisa.
