Great British Bake Off fans will have a unique chance to get a baking lesson from one of the judges.
Paul Hollywood will be holding a one-off workshop in Canterbury next week.
The celebrity chef will give a festive themed demonstration, baking tips and sign copies of his latest book - to raise money for homeless charity Porchlight.
The former Wingham resident put his Grade I-listed medieval home on the market for £795,000 three years ago.
Mr Hollywood, who is a patron of Porchlight, said: "Living in Kent, I see the difference that Porchlight makes every day and it’s a cause that’s very close to my heart. It provides a lifeline to the many people who are either homeless or living in awful situations through no fault of their own.
"I’ve spent time with the Porchlight staff and know how passionately they feel about making sure people get a second chance. The people they support are taught new skills and given job opportunities so that they can flourish when they feel ready to move on.
"Having worked my way up from a job in the family bakery, I know how important these work skills are."
It will be held in Westgate Hall on December 15 from 7pm until 9pm. Tickets cost £25 each.
