Police have arrested a 23-year-old man on suspicion of arson following a fire at Mickey's Diner on the A2 at Upper Harbledown on July 29.

The suspect, from the Faversham area, has been bailed until September 23 pending further enquiries.

Initially police did not treat the cafe blaze as arson but now say they have reason to believe it was started deliberately.
