Canterbury: Police appeal for witnesses after an assaulted man suffers a cut ear

A man suffered a cut to his ear after an assault in Canterbury city centre.

The man, who is in his 30s, was involved in an argument with a woman when he was assaulted by a second man near the junction with Burgate Lane.

Police are appealing for witnesses following the incident which happened at around 12.15pm on Monday, April 24.

The victim’s ear was cut but he was not seriously injured.
