EuroCanterbury Ladies will look to hold onto top spot in the EHL National Premier Division when they travel to Olton & West Warwicks on Sunday.
The team went top for the second time this season after their 5-1 home success over Cannock on Saturday.
EuroCanterbury went a point clear at the top of the table after previous leaders Slough suffered a shock 1-0 defeat at home to Bowdon Hightown.
They face third-bottom Olton & West Warwicks on Sunday before a trip to Slough the following week.
Player-coach Mel Clewlow said: "We are delighted to be top but there are only a couple of points between the top four teams. We will keep our feet on the ground.
"I don’t think we have hit top form yet. We scored five at the weekend but it should have been eight or 10.
"It is important to win this weekend but we do not have a good track record at Olton and they are in a false position as far as I’m concerned."
