Police swooped on an address in Herne Bay on Wednesday and arrested two men on suspicion of metal theft.

The raid in Claremont Street is part of Kent Police’s crackdown on the fast-growing crime

The suspects are a 24-year-old from Herne Bay and a 23-year-old from Deal. They have both been bailed until May 9 while police inquiries continue.
