More than 100 cannabis plants have been seized from a drugs factory in a residential cul-de-sac.
Officers raided a home in Halstead Close, on Canterbury's Hales Place estate, yesterday morning after securing a warrant.
About 101 cannabis plants were seized, as well as other items, and an investigation into the illegal drugs operation is ongoing.
Sergeant Shelah Thompson, of the city's community policing team, says the force is "determined to make the county a no-go area for drug dealing networks".
"I am pleased this warrant has seen a large amount of cannabis taken out of circulation.
"Criminal groups would have profited from the sale of these drugs, potentially causing further crime and anti-social behaviour in the area."
Anyone who suspects drugs are being cultivated, produced or dealt in their area are urged call 101, visit www.kent.police.uk/report, or call 999 if a crime is in progress.
