Motorcyclist dies in serious collision near Faversham

A man has died after a serious accident near Faversham on Wednesday.

The 60-year-old, from Faversham, was riding a blue Triumph motorbike along Graveney Road towards Faversham at 2.48pm.

It was involved in a collision with a silver Honda Civic at the junction with Homestall Lane, which was being driven by a 63-year-old man in the opposite direction.

The man is yet to be formally identified by polie, who are now appealing for information about the incident and urge any witnesses to come forward.
