A mother and son have appeared in court accused of running a cannabis factory in the loft of their home.
Susan Patton, 42, and Craig Hubbard, 21, are suspected of cultivating plants with a street value of up to £26,000.
The pair were arrested on December 1 after police raided a house in Park View, Canterbury.
Cannabis plants were seized and both Patton and Hubbard were charged with producing a class B drug and possessing it with intent to supply.
Appearing before magistrates, both defendants withheld their pleas and were released on unconditional bail.
The case was transferred to Canterbury Crown Court.
