Dashcam footage has captured two suspected immigrants climbing from a lorry on the A2.

Police were called to the coastbound carriageway following reports the men had been spotted near Dunkirk.

A video clip shows what appears to be a man with his legs dangling from a lorry marked Degirolami.

An official in a high-vis jacket can also be seen in the footage.

Officers went to the scene shortly before 10am on Wednesday.

Two men were handed over to Home Office Immigration Enforcement.
