New head moves in

KENT College has a new headmaster - father-of-two David Lamper.

Mr Lamper has come to the Canterbury school from The Crypt School in Gloucester.

Mr Lamper plays the violin and viola and still enjoys teaching music when he gets the chance.

He has wanted to teach since the age of 12. He said: “I was inspired by a very gifted musician. The excitement for me was always sharing the learning and the excitement of new music rather than the performing.”
