The 75-year-old woman had earlier been a passenger in the car which struck her outside Canterbury’s St Lawrence cricket ground on June 28.
The Mercedes C220, which was being driven by a 71-year-old man, also hit several parked cars during the tragic incident.
Emergency crews raced to the scene and the injured woman was rushed to a London hospital in a critical condition.
She died late last week.
The driver of the car, who is from Beckenham, was left shaken but uninjured after the incident. No arrests were made, but police inquiries are continuing.
The tragedy happened during the Ashes warm-up match between Kent and Australia.
Sgt Glyn Walker said: “A number of people spoke with police at the time, but any witnesses who saw this incident and have not yet spoken to police are asked to contact our witness appeal line on 01622 798538 or email sciu.td@kent.pnn.police.uk
“We would particularly like to thank those members of the public who tried to help the lady before the arrival of the ambulance service.
“The incident did present difficulties for those trying to leave the Kent v Australia cricket game, and the patience of the public so affected was appreciated by officers managing the scene.”
