British Transport police have released CCTV images of suspected cycle thieves caught operating across Kent including Herne Bay.

A 15-year-old boy left his bike locked in the cycle shed at the town’s station on Friday, March 18, when a man, pictured, arrived on a train from Margate and was seen tampering with the cycle locks for about 20 minutes.

He successfully cut one of the locks but eventually left empty-handed.
