Officers investigating the supply of Class A drugs have made four arrests in Canterbury.

A search was carried out at a property in Kemsing Gardens on Tuesday evening.

Quantities of a substance believed to be Class A drugs, as well as cannabis were seized by officers, and cash and phones believed to be linked to drug dealing were also recovered.

Three people were arrested at the property, and a further arrest was made, after a man was seen to act suspiciously nearby.

They were a 21-year-old man from Canterbury arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of drugs.

An 18-year-old man from Surrey arrested on suspicion of being concerned in supplying a controlled drug.

A 22-year-old man from London arrested on suspicion of possession of Class A drugs with intent to supply.

A 19-year-old man from Canterbury arrested on suspicion of possession of Class A drugs with intent to supply.

They were all released pending further investigation.

The arrests were made as part of an ongoing initiative known as Operation Raptor, which is designed to tackle, disrupt and prevent violent crime and the possession of offensive weapons, as well as the supply of class A drugs.
