Driver 'speeding at 103mph on M2 with children in car'

Police have slammed a 'reckless' motorist allegedly caught speeding at 103mph on the M2 with three children in the car.

Officers said the driver drove along the motorway at excessive speeds for a number of miles, despite having the youngsters on board.

The driver was pulled over just before 6pm tonight and is now facing a possible ban, police said.

It is the latest example of alleged reckless driving on Kent's roads.

In April a motorist was clocked doing 132mph on the A2 near Bexley.

Last month a driver was pulled over on the M20 after being recorded driving in excess of 100mph with two babies and a child in his car.
