A prolific thief has been jailed for four years following a string of offences.
Josh Burton, from Canterbury, admitted stealing from homes, sheds and cars.
A police investigation uncovered evidence which connected Burton to nine offences between September 13, 2018, and May 7, 2019 - from handling stolen commemorative coins to stealing lead from a building.
The 25-year-old was arrested and charged on Thursday, May 30.
Burton, of Starle Close, was sentenced to a total of four years at Canterbury Crown Court on Friday after admitting three counts of theft, three counts of burglary, two counts of handling stolen goods, and one attempted theft.
The court ordered two additional offences of handling stolen goods and fraud remain on his file.
Senior investigating officer DS Jay Robinson said: "Burton was relentless in his pursuit to steal anything and everything to make money.
"But these offences are not victimless. Behind each report, someone has lost an item or more to crime, and the effects on them should not be underestimated.
"Whether it is smashing a car window, or rummaging through cupboards in a house, the selfish actions by Burton have caused upset and disruption.
"Anyone who thinks like Burton and believes they can take what they like, will only find themselves facing arrest by my officers and the prospect of time in prison."
