The site is in Longmete Road, Preston, near Wingham and includes an area of hard standing for one static home and two touring caravans which already has mains electricity and water and a septic tank.

The asking price of £330,000 includes a rear field measuring 167m x 54m bounded by wire fencing and poplar saplings.

Planning permission was granted in September 2014 for change of use to a single family gypsy and traveller residential site together with the erection of amenity block, hard surfacing and installation of septic tank.

Believed to be the only dedicated site of its kind for sale in the district, agents Terence Painter describes the sale as "an extremely rare opportunity."
