Faversham boss Ray Turner has targeted a run at a top 10 place in Ryman League, Division 1 South, now the distraction of cup competitions is behind the club.
Town went down 4-2 at home to East Thurrock United in the second qualifying round of the FA Trophy on Saturday and Turner immediately switched his focus to climbing up from 14th in the table and making the most of games in hand.
Faversham take a four- match unbeaten league run on the road to in-form Godalming on Saturday and Turner (pictured) said: "We’ve only lost one in eight in the league now but it will be tough.
"We have had a lot of cup games recently but they are behind us now and we can knuckle down and focus on the 31 games we have left to play in the league."
He added: "Getting in the top 10 has got to be our first target."
James Peacock is back from suspension but Aaron Quain serves a one-match ban.
