Rising river levels after heavy rainfall has seen parts of Kent issued with a flood alert.
Today's downpours have resulted in the Environment Agency warning people to explect flooding.
It is predicted it will affect low lying areas close to the Lower Stour this evening and overnight, particularly in and around Chartham and Canterbury.
Flooding is said to be possible for the River Stour from the A2070 at Conningbrook Manor to Fordwich, including Wye, Godmersham, Shalmsford Street, Chartham, Canterbury and Sturry.
More rain is forecast for tomorrow (Saturday) and river levels are expected to remain high over the weekend.
