A chance to meet the creator of Shaun the Sheep is just one of the highlights of Canterbury’s animation festival AniFest which returns on November 1.
The best in British animation are coming to the city and secondary school pupils around the district will be creating and screening their own films.
There’s a chance for some to appear on the national stage in Liverpool, as part of the city’s Portrait of a Nation celebrations.
Workshops include a talk by Aardman Animation’s Richard Goleszowski, who will take questions and explain the creation of Creature Comforts and the shaping of Shaun the Sheep.
