Students holed up in a University of Kent building will end their tuition fee sit-in protest today.
The group started their demonstration at the Senate building in Canterbury on December 8 and stayed in over Christmas.
Nearly a month on the pupils are due to stop their occupation - the last in the UK - at 2pm.
University bosses had revealed before Christmas they were seeking a possession order to get them out.
A hearing was due to take place at Canterbury County Court on Friday.
Ben Stevenson, 20, said: "What we've achieved has been overwhelmingly positive.
"We feel we've done as much as we can in this form of protest and in this occupation in particular.
"It's not to say the battle is over, it's only just begun really."
