It was a sight for sleepy eyes when pupils at St Philip Howard Primary came to school in their pyjamas.
Parents and teachers also joined in the Children In Need fundraising event on Friday turning up in their dressing gowns and slippers.
They all took part in a sponsored 'Wake up and shake up" stretching and bending to warn up for the school day.
The classrooms were awash with colour with everyone picking out their brightest nightwear.
Class teacher Liz Galbraith said: “It was great and the children were really excited about coming in in their pyjamas.
“Everyone went to so much effort it was lovely to see.
“We always try and take part in charity events as it is important the children give back to the community and get involved in worth while causes.
“The theme was something a bit different and the children were more than happy to donate money to be able to wear their prized PJs.
“They all got into the spirit of the day and had a lot of fun.”
