POLICE offficers were called after a bull escaped from a field and ended up in Barham Crematorium near Canterbury on Monday afternoon.

A number of drivers on the A260 contacted police about the stray bull on the road which was herded into the crematorium before police arrived.

Police stopped traffic by the crematorium as the bull’s owner led it back to a field.
