A student was headbutted in the face in a unprovoked attack in Canterbury city centre, say police.
Officers have now released a CCTV image of the suspect thought to have assaulted the 17-year-old as he walked with friends in St George's Street on Friday night.
It happened about 10.15pm when the victim was approached from behind by his attacker.
He was then surrounded by a group of the offender's friends and pushed in the chest and headbutted.
The teenager fell to the floor and suffered a swollen nose. The offender and his friends then ran off through Whitefriars shopping precinct.
The suspect is described as white with short blonde hair, in his late teens, of medium build and was wearing a grey sweat shirt with the word "duffer" written across the chest and grey tracksuit trousers.
