A teenager has been arrested following a triple stabbing linked to a house party in Canterbury.
A 19-year-old man was rushed to hospital in a critical condition after the attacks in Salisbury Road last week.
He remains in a London hospital and his wounds are not thought to be life-threatening.
He and an 18-year-old man were discovered injured at the house shortly after 1am on Thursday following the packed party.
The second man’s injuries are not considered life-threatening and he remains at a local hospital.
A third man, aged 21, called police at 2.21am to say he was in Beaconsfield Road, Canterbury, and had also been injured.
Officers raced to the scene and found that the man - who had been at the house party - had suffered minor injuries in what is thought to be a separate incident.
He was also taken to a local hospital.
The party took place at a shared student house and is said to have been heavily advertised on Facebook, attracting a number of gatecrashers from London.
Officers with powerful searchlights and dogs flooded the area between 1am and 4am.
There were also reports of as many as 15 police cars and vans in Salisbury Road and the surrounding streets and cul-de-sacs.
Roger Goldfarb, 72, lives in Salisbury Road and described it as like "something out of Hawaii Five-0".
He said: "It went on for a few hours with police cars zooming up and down the road.
"There were blue lights flashing constantly. It really was like something out of Hawaii Five-0."
Chief Inspector Emma Banks said: “All three men have sustained what are believed to be stab wounds – one man is in a critical condition.
“We know the house party was well-attended and would like anyone with information about the assaults to come forward and help us with our enquiries.
“I would like to reassure those living in and around the area of Salisbury Road that we are treating this as an isolated incident.”
An 18-year-old from London has been arrested on suspicion of assault and was bailed to reappear at Canterbury police station on September 14.
Anyone with information about the assaults should call police on 01843 222289, quoting reference 18-0043.
