"The Travellers' Choice Best of the Best awards celebrates them all."
For restaurants, the top-rated eateries are split into two categories - "fine dining" and "everyday dining".
The Corner House is ranked at number four in the latter list, with Chez Antoinette in Covent Garden, London, at number one.
Matt Sworder said he was delighted with the latest accolade for one of his restaurants.
"We always strive to deliver fantastic food and service and to be placed in the top 10 in the UK is amazing," he said.
"It’s been a tough few months and to receive this accolade is a massive boost for us.
"I’d like to thank all our guests who have taken the time to provide such positive feedback and my team who work so hard to make every experience enjoyable."
The praise for the Canterbury restaurant comes after a similar accolade from TripAdvisor for Dymchurch Amusement Park .
