Firefighters freed two people after the motorhome they were travelling in overturned on the A2.
The casualties were checked over by paramedics at the roadside, but are said to have escaped unhurt.
The crash happened at Harbledown near Canterbury just after the BP services at 7.18pm.
Two fire engines were sent to the scene and crews provided lighting to help paramedics.
Traffic is said to be at a standstill as a result.
