Firefighters were called to Merton Lane, Canterbury, on Saturday night after a car rolled down a bank and became lodged next to a tree.
They used jacks to stabilise the vehicle and help a man and woman out at just after 7.30pm.
The pair were able to walk from the car and were taken to a hospital to be treated for minor injuries.
Crews made the scene safe and left duty of care with the police. They left at 8.15pm.
Merton Lane runs parallel alongside the A2 and leads from Nackington Road to Canterbury Rugby Club and the Kent MS Therapy Centre.
