Two motocross bikes worth almost £10,000 each have been stolen from a shed outside Canterbury.
Police are appealing for witnesses after the identical machines were taken over the weekend from an address in Adisham Road, Bekesbourne.
The two red and white Honda CRF 250 World Edition bikes - worth £8,800 each - were stolen between 11.15pm on Saturday and 7.30am on Sunday.
Spare tyres and spare parts worth around £2,000 were also taken.
Police constable Jim Gall said: "We believe a vehicle was driven across a field at the back of Adisham Road to gain access to the address.
"We are keen to hear from anyone who heard a vehicle or saw any suspicious activity in the area on Saturday night. We would also like to hear from anyone who has been offered a bike matching this description for sale.
"These are high-value bikes and we would like to be able to reunite them with their rightful owners."
