Yours for a tenner, a £675,000 six-bed, luxury home.
That is the star prize in a draw set up by builder Ronnie Nevell, who owns Canterbury Eco Homes.
He has built five executive properties at Tyler Hill which feature the very latest green technology including solar panels, super insulation and a mechanical ventilation and heat recovery system.
He and his business partner wife, Kathryn, came up with the idea of the competition after viewings dried up and interest in the properties off Summer Lane stalled.
He said: “We came up with the idea of offering one in a competition and have priced tickets at just £10 because more people will think it is worth having a punt to win such a fantastic house for just a tenner.”
Ronnie and Kathryn also plan to make a £25,000 donation to Demeleza House if they sell all 70,000 tickets, but if they sell fewer, they will offer one of the five or four bedroomed homes as the prize.
If even fewer tickets than the value of the cheapest £570,000 home are sold, the prize will be in cash.
