Whitstable Town jumped out of the Ryman League Division 1 South drop-zone after securing a 1-0 win at fellow-strugglers Walton Casuals on Saturday.

The Oystermen moved third-bottom and within a point of their rivals and boast three games in hand after the only goal shortly after half-time.
