Whitstable Town manager Justin Luchford has his eyes set on a top-eight place in Ryman League Division 1 South after steering his side away from relegation.
Luchford’s side host Burgess Hill Town on Saturday knowing they could relegate them with a victory, if next weekend’s opponents Whyteleafe also win.
The Town boss (pictured) said: "They beat us in the last minute so we owe them one. I wouldn’t wish relegation on anyone.
"Both teams will go all out for absolutely everything but I want to win it for the fans."
Town have two games remaining against the two relegation-scrappers but despite having steered the Oystermen away from the drop, Luchford said he was more concerned about a top-eight in the form guide.
He said: "We have six wins in our last 10 games and we are right up there in the form table. That was important to us when we came in (November), we wanted to be able to show progress at the end of the season.
"To us the form table is a better indication of our progress than the league table, though hopefully we can finish with a couple more wins and the table will look like we were never in doubt."
