A woman has been taken to hospital in "a serious condition" after collapsing outside a GP surgery.
Paramedics have praised staff who raced to the aid of the woman at Estuary View Medical Centre in Boorman Way, Whitstable, at 10.30am.
Two cars and one ambulance were called to the scene.
South East Coast Ambulance Service spokesman Richard Airey said: "Two doctors came out to care for her after she collapsed in the car park and started CPR until we arrived and took over.
"We would like to thank the doctors and anyone else at the scene who helped.
"The sooner you start CPR the better. It is absolutely crucial."
The woman was taken to William Harvey hospital in Ashford.
She is said to be in a serious condition.
