Young man arrested over racist store attack

A 19-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the racially-aggravated criminal damage at a newsagent in a Kent city.

The incident took place at the Londis store in Longport, Canterbury, on the night of Friday, June 23.

The local man was arrested by police on Sunday. He has been bailed until August 4 pending a decision to prosecute.
