A 16-year-old girl has been injured this evening after her bike collided with a car in Canterbury.

Police were called at 4.45pm to the crash at the junction of Old Dover Road and Ethelbert Road.

An ambulance was called the motorcyclist was taken to hospital.

Her injuries are not believed to be serious.

Police left the scene at 6pm.
