A TRAINING course for would-be cricket umpires is to be held in Canterbury on Thursdays from October 3 to December 12.

The course is being run by the Association of Cricket Umpires and Scorers at the Polo Farm sports centre in Littlebourne Road, starting at 7.30pm on each Thursday.
