CRICKET scorers can brush up on the game and its new laws at an instruction course to be held at Blean Village Hall near Canterbury.

The six-week course, being organised by The Association of Cricket Umpires and Scorers, runs for three weeks from Thursday, February 5, through to February 19 and then Thursday, March 4 to Thursday, March 18.

Each evening session will last two hours, from 7.30pm to 9.30pm, and the cost is £18 a head.
