Kent vice-captain Joe Denly has been named as part of England's 15-man preliminary squad for the 2019 ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup.
The 33-year-old, whose last ODI appearance was in 2009, is also included in England's 17-man squad for their ODI series against Pakistan between May 8-19.
He also features in the 14-man squad set to play an ODI against Ireland (May 3) and a T20I versus Pakistan (May 5).
Captain Sam Billings misses out on World Cup involvement but is included alongside Denly in the group set to play Ireland as well as Pakistan in their T20I contest.
The pair are expected to return from their time in the Indian Premier League on or by April 26.
England will finalise their final 15-man World Cup squad after the five-match Royal London ODI Series against Pakistan, which culminates at Emerald Headingley on Sunday, May 19.
