Selhurst twice came from a goal down to beat Chilham and celebrate back-to-back Kent Cup triumphs.
They won Saturday’s B final at the Gallagher Stadium to go with last season’s success in the C showpiece.
Centre-half Ben Donaldson struck twice, and was named man-of-the-match, while Harry Williams, who also scored, lit up the final with his quick feet and creativity in attack.
Chilham twice got themselves in front against the run of play against a Selhurst side who bossed the game for large spells.
Canterbury & District League Chilham stuck to their task, working hard to stay in the game, but once Selhurst made it 2-2, they always looked likely to go on and win an entertaining final.
Selhurst lost a title decider in the Surrey South Eastern Combination League a fortnight ago but cleared their heads to claim another Kent Cup.
“We went about our last league game in a completely different way, we tried to sit off and it ended up going against us,” said manager Sid Diennad.
“Today, we tried to press high from the jump, we still conceded first, which is a bad habit of ours, but the boys kept with the gameplan and we found our mojo.
“We train a lot and work hard and I always felt the goals were coming.
“We worked well as a team and we were just patient today.
“We’ve had a very hard end of the season, losing the league, which for us is very important as a club.
“For the boys to bounce back from that is big for us.
“As long as we win one piece of silverware every season, I can’t complain. I think the boys did brilliant.
“Big up to Ben Donaldson to score twice from centre-half, I thought he and Harry were our best players but I couldn’t fault anyone.”
Big striker David Nugent, who won his fair share of flick-ons, pounced for Chilham’s eighth-minute opener after an excellent run down the left from Sam Creed.
Donaldson levelled in the 23rd minute with a low finish across keeper James Wilson, who made several good saves, after Wade Wooldridge broke into the box.
Chilham went back in front on the half-hour with captain Sam Williams latching on to a through ball and coolly beating Liam Sallis in the Selhurst goal.
The Black and Whites set out to keep things tight at the start of the second half but were pegged back in the 53rd minute when Jordan Tapp’s free-kick from the left was nodded home by Harry Williams, proving he was also useful with his head.
Williams was the provider as Selhurst went 3-2 up in the 66th minute, laying the ball off to Reece Hamshmi, who beat Wilson at his near post.
Selhurst clinched victory two minutes from time following a foul on Williams midway in the Chilham half.
Chilham were expecting Tapp to float the ball in but he instead went short to Callum Lansley, another impressive player, and two passes later the ball reached Donaldson, who found the bottom corner.
A brilliant goalline clearance from Alizay Furbert at the death denied Roberto Dos Santos what appeared to be a certain fifth for Selhurst.
