Kent launch free junior membership scheme

Kent County Cricket Club has launched a new scheme which it is hoped will attract young supporters to the club.

All children aged 13 or under will be able to become junior 2009 members for free.

Club Captain Rob Key said: "We are a family club and believe that engaging fans at an early age is very important. I look forward to seeing more young faces in the crowd during the season and hope these young members become lifelong supporters of KCCC.”

Jamie Clifford, Director of Business Development, added: "It is hoped that this offer will encourage more families to visit one of the county’s best days out.

"At a time when people are particularly cost conscious, it represents great value."

Anybody who wishes to become a junior member should visit the Club website www.kentccc.com or phone the Business Development Team on 01227 456886.
