Kent hold their annual meeting on Monday evening at the St Lawrence Ground in Canterbury.
The club’s financial woes, culminating in a trading loss of more than £700,000, the delayed redevelopment plans, and the club’s relegation to Division 2 of the County Championship for the first time, are all likely to be under the spotlight.
It will be the first chance members have had to quiz the club's hierachy on what was a disappointing end to the 2008 season and a worrying winter at the St Lawrence Ground.
With skipper Rob Key and coach Graham Ford overseas, chairman George Kennedy, chief executive Paul Millman and chairman of cricket Graham Johnson are expected to answer the questions.
The meeting starts at 7pm and is for members only.
