TWO of Kent’s most promising young cricketers have been selected to represent British Universities on their tour of South Africa later this month.

Off-spinning all-rounder Robert Ferley, who hails from Norwich, and former England Under-19 skipper Alex Louden, who lives near Ashford, have both been selected for the two-week trip departing on February 20.

Meanwhile, Kent youngster Johann Malcolm has been selected to join England’s Under-17 squad for training at Lilleshall, and Kevin Jones has been selected for the England Under-15 squad training at Old Trafford.
