THE East Kent Tennis Academy will be holding a training day on Monday, 11am-3pm at Canterbury Tennis Club.

Places have been offered to 48 of the best young tennis players from the Canterbury, Hythe, Deal, Broadstairs, Margate, Herne Bay, Faversham and Ashford areas.

The organiser is EKTA manager Janet O’Neill and the coaching director is EKTA head coach Phil Fennell.

Kent LTA representatives Clint Harris, county performance officer, and Sue Bamford club development officer, will be providing workshops for the players.
