User registration

The KentOnline User Registration process is required before you can post comments on stories on the site. The process can be completed in two ways:

1. Create a KentOnline account - use the registration form.
You will be sent an activation code by email which you will need to enter on the registration form to validate your account. If at any stage you forget your user name or password, you can use the recovery links on the login page.

2. Sign in with your preferred social network - use an existing Facebook, Google, LinkedIn or Twitter account - we will automatically create an account for you using your existing user name and password on your network.

Comments policy and moderation

We do not actively moderate, monitor or edit contributions to the reader comments but we may intervene and take such action as we think necessary. Please click here for our house rules.
