21-year-old robbed in Dartford

A man was grabbed and punched by four men who demanded he hand over his wallet and mobile phone in Dartford town centre.

The 21-year-old victim was heading home with a friend after a night out and stopped at a telephone box to arrange a lift home.

They were then approached by four men, one wearing a balaclava, who threatened the man.

They grabbed them and punched the victim to the ground before demanding that he hand his wallet and mobile phone.

Police have appealed for information of the robbery which took place in Lowfield Street at 4am on Sunday, January 22.

One of the offenders is described as being approximately 5ft 11in tall, with dark brown hair and was wearing a balaclava or scarf over his face.
